Don’t be surprised to be greeted by a total stranger with a firm handshake with the words Happy New Year. New year is one of the biggest festivals of Goa. The church Bells, the club dances and the drums are different ways in which Goa welcomes the new year. Grape escapade

The grape escapade is the biggest wine festival of India and is celebrated during the month of January. This festival happens on the Calangute beach which is already one of the most happening beaches in Goa.
